I have some in my wardrobe, home furnishings, and artwork.  It is a design that can be incorporated in just little touches or in a large scale item in a room.

Ikat design comes in so many colors that you will not have a problem finding some that will go with your color choice or current decor.

The Chevron Pattern

You can find the chevron pattern on everything these days..clothes,bags,furniture, and home decor items.  The pattern comes in many sizes and colors so the sky is the limit when it comes to the chevron pattern.  Wether it is on dishes,throws, pillows,etc...you can incorporate it into most of your existing design style.

Sock Bun

I have heard clients talking about the "sock bun", so I went on YouTube and checked out the sock bun tutorial's.  I checked out a few and after watching, gave it a try.  It is pretty easy and you can use the sock or you could purchase a donut form at beauty supply store.  If you are going to use a sock just cut across the toe area and then roll the sock down to form the donut.

Statement Earrings

We all know that one of the great accessories is earrings..The ones that are available this season can be quite a statement.. If you are going to give them a try this season, keep in mind that you may want to skip the necklace and just let the earrings be the focus..They can add some sparkle, or a pop of color to any outfit.

Chunky knits

Chunky knits are not only comfortable, but can be very stylish too.  A chunky knit scarf can be a great addition to your fall/winter wardrobe.  Wear with a jacket or just with your top for some added warmth and style.

Add some metallic in your wardrobe

I am seeing more and more metallic clothing this year.  Pants,tops,jackets, it is everywhere.  Make sure you don't over do it by wearing it all at one time.  Wear it under a black blazer with jeans and don't forget to bring along one of your unique clutches.  Complete your look with a pair of fall's booties.

Paris Chic Decor

I decided to do my downstairs bathroom in a Paris Chic decor.  Paris is on my bucket list to visit someday.  I found a calendar with Paris pictures and used three of the pictures to frame with inexpensive frames from Walmart.  I ordered curtains from Target with the chandelier print. I then painted the bathroom Martha Stewart Sharkey Grey and added my accessories...and "we we" my Paris Chic bathroom is complete.

He was feeling a little French too!
